Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Due to the nature of precious metals trading and significant price fluctuations, all sales of gold products are final unless otherwise specified in the sales contract. This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gold dore bars once delivered and accepted
- Gold nuggets after assay verification period
- Refined gold products
- Custom or specially ordered items
- Products damaged by buyer after delivery
- Items where seal or certification has been broken or altered
3. Assay Dispute Process
If you dispute the purity or quality of gold received:
- Notification: Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your concerns
- Independent Assay: Have the product assayed by an LBMA-accredited or equivalent certified refinery
- Documentation: Provide the independent assay certificate to us
- Review: We will review the findings within 5 business days
- Resolution: If discrepancy exceeds 0.5% from stated purity, we will offer price adjustment, replacement, or return at our option
Independent assay costs are borne by the buyer unless a qualifying discrepancy is found, in which case we reimburse the assay fee.
4. Shipping Damage or Loss
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Visible Damage: Note damage on delivery receipt and take photographs immediately
- Concealed Damage: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photographs
- Non-Delivery: Report if tracking shows delivered but item not received within 48 hours
- Claim Process: We will file an insurance claim and either replace the item or refund within 30 days of claim approval
5. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an item different from what was ordered:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the item and packaging
- Do not open, break seals, or alter the product
- We will arrange secure return shipping at our expense
- Upon receipt and verification, we will ship the correct item or issue full refund
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Payment
Orders may be cancelled at any time before payment is received with no penalty.
After Payment, Before Shipment
Cancellations after payment but before shipment are subject to:
- Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
- 5% administrative fee if cancelled 24-72 hours after payment
- 10% fee if cancelled more than 72 hours after payment
After Shipment
Once shipment has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Returns may be considered per this policy.
7. Return Shipping
- Buyer is responsible for secure packaging of any returned items
- Returns must be shipped via insured, trackable method
- We recommend using the same carrier we used for delivery
- Return shipping costs are borne by buyer unless the return is due to our error
- Risk of loss during return shipping is buyer's responsibility until received by us
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approved return receipt
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method when possible
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Refunds will be calculated at the original purchase price, not current market price
9. Exchange Policy
Product exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be in original, unopened condition with seals intact
- Exchange is for product of equal or greater value
- Price difference must be paid by buyer
- Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility
- Exchange subject to product availability
10. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, including:
- Attempts to return counterfeit or altered products
- False claims about product condition or authenticity
- Repeated returns from the same buyer
- Evidence of tampering with seals or certifications
Suspected fraud cases may be reported to appropriate authorities.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in processing returns or refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including banking disruptions, regulatory actions, or transportation interruptions.
