Yes. All our gold is certified conflict-free and ethically sourced. We are ICGLR certified, OECD Due Diligence compliant (5th Edition), and maintain full chain of custody documentation from mine to vault. We conduct quarterly audits of all cooperative mining partners and prohibit child labour and environmental violations.

What are your minimum order quantities?

We work with institutional buyers, refineries, and commodity traders. Minimum orders typically start at 5kg for gold dore bars and 1kg for refined gold. For consistent off-takers over 50kg/month, we offer preferential pricing and dedicated supply arrangements. Contact our export team for custom arrangements.

How does gold export from Uganda work?

Accepted Answer

The export process involves: (1) Sales agreement with assay specifications, (2) Buyer verification and payment instrument (LC/SBLC), (3) Provisional assay in Kampala, (4) URA customs clearance and ICGLR certification, (5) Secure air freight via Entebbe Airport, (6) Final assay at destination refinery. Full process takes 5-10 business days.

We hold Uganda DGSM Mineral Exporter's License, ICGLR Regional Certification for conflict-free minerals, and maintain OECD Due Diligence compliance. Our refinery partners are LBMA-accredited. We are registered with Uganda's Financial Intelligence Authority for AML/CFT compliance and follow FATF guidelines.
